This model was revealed for the first time at the Brussels show in 1956. 170 000 copies have followed between 1956 and 1969. This car was exclusively built by Fiat Italian constructor firms. This family-type car, model directly inspired from the Fiat 600 but extended to carry 6 persons, is today considered as the predecessor of the passenger van and cross over vehicle.
